Which is that the amount of melatonin listed on the bottle…
Isn’t even accurate!
Which means you could take a 5mg melatonin…
And actually be taking 7… 12… or even even 20mg of melatonin without even knowing it.
Meanwhile, one study from the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine looked at 31 brands of popular melatonin…
… And found that more than 8 of these brands were, quote, “contaminated.”
